Canterbury Tales--Original and Modern text side by side?

Do you know of a publication of The Canterbury Tales with the original text (preferably annotated) on one column and a modern translation in the next column? I'm looking for the piece in its entirety. All I can find is a few of the tales like this. I would like the book, not an online publication. Thanks.
