How difficult is it to process a complaint for divorce?

My ex and I mediated an agreement and we just have to process it through the court. For the most part the agreement is final and we ok with it. We have the self-help guide on how to process and dont want the mediator charging us anymore for filing. Just wondering if anybody did this on their own.
