Is there a small ferry from Cinque Terre (or La Spezia) to Sorrento (or Naples)?

I'm wondering whether there is a local ferry that travels the West coast of Italy during March, and whether it would be more economical and convenient to take such a ferry than to take a train? The only thing I can find on the internet are stops from giant cruise ships, but that's not the sort of thing I mean. Grazie!
