Girlfriend doesn't like to give or receive oral, what shall i do?

I think that the reason all these issues are happening are because of her low self esteem. You said that you tell her that you love her "just the way she is" the only thing she hears when you tell her that is that "the way she is" is not normal. Just tell her that you love her, and that you find her y, and beautiful. She may need to talk to a counselor about what caused her low self esteem. As for the oral, you both need to realize that in a healthy relationship it is about compromise. If it is not something she enjoys doing maybe you two can come up with a compromise. However if she is totally dead set against it, Don't pressure her to do it. If this is a deal breaker for you then you should probably look into finding someone else with similar interests.
