A Wart on my Tattooo???

It looks and feels like a wart, but im worried if i use the Bazooka stuff that freezes them off will effect my tattoo or something. What should i do? Im afraid if i do see the doctor, he'll do whatever to get it off but my tattoo will look a little ruin. Its only a little wart, but i love my tattoo. Is there chance to go over it if i had it removed in any kind of way? Need some advise
