What should I major/minor? I'm confused?

Have a look at the requirements both for admission and completion for medical school (for psychiatry or pathology) - or for a PhD in a related field in biology or psychology. You will have to get a lot of A's in your undergraduate years (and continue to do so in grad school), and be willing to do several years of hard, ofthen narrowly foucses work. Do you want to do that. If you like psychiatyr, could you consider a field like social work? - again, check out the admission and completion requirements, long befro you finish undergraduate studies. Same goes for journalism school.
