Sometimes depression is all just triggered by lack of sleep. Your body is tired- you get in a bad mood.. etc. So make sure your bed is comfy- not too many/ too few pillows- make sure you are warm enough/cool enough, and also, before you go to bed, spend at least half an hour jst relaxing, watching tv, reading a book or something. Don't work until you drop. It helps your brain to slow down and relax, and makes it easier for you to get to sleep.
