From KL Central to old KTM railway station (KTMB building at Jalan Hishamuddin)?
is it either take the Rawang-Seremban KTM commuter or take the Sentul-Port Klang KTM commuter can reach the stesen 'Kuala Lumpur' ? when arrive at the stesen'Kuala Lumpur' , the NICE counter can be easily seen?
