I think my Lovebird has Flea/Parasitic Fungi?

When i wet her wings and her back, i searched on her skin and saw this long thing attached to it and a pointy end( but not sharp) The colour is black and white. It tried pulling it buy my bird screamed (hurt) It doesn't have any feathers on those things and im sure its not feather shoot. Its everywhere around the wings and back!! I think it have roots or something! PLS HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
