LSAC at fault but says I still cannot retake test- recourse?

First of all, if you are going to be a lawyer knowing the English language and having exceptional writing skills are required! You have misspelled LSAT as LSAC several times in your question. Making a mistake like that in a legal doent could cost your firm millions. You are going to have to follow the rules of the system regardless of whether you feel you have the responsibility to do so. It is called following the law, the exact profession you are trying to pursue. Ignorance of the process or situation or law is the worst excuse you could use. This attitude of feeling you are "entitled" is the exact attitude that will lead you to be turned down by the character committee.
