Movie about some hicktown in the south where kids kill cats?

I saw this indie film a few years ago and it was very strange! I remember that the kids in the movie killed cats and sold them to the butcher. Also there was a scene where the kid was taking a bath and eating dinner at the same time. very weird, inbreed movie.
