My truck has lots of blowby and i dont want to fix it. What if I keep on driving?

My truck has been diagnosed as having bloby. PCV has been replaced. This started after oil change. I have no finances or desire to replace or rebuild the engine. Other than smoke and al ittle oil dribble from the dip-hole, it runs good. What happens if I just keep on trucking and put oil in when it needs it. Will it explode
