What are the benefits of getting the hooters live vip p at a concert?

The concert's gonna be 311 at Hifi Buys Amphitheater in Atlanta. Just wondering if it's worth the extra cash or not. We already have pit pes, and I saw these VIP pes for sale also, and they've got my curiosity piqued. If you've used one before, what was it like?
