What should we do w/ Roman Polanski...my opinion can be found below...what's yours?

I would have Roman Polanski serve the remaining sentence in Switzerland, as oppose to having him comeback to the US. What good would it do for anyone, especially if the victim has stated that she no longer wants to prosecute him. It's too much hoopla to deal with, the case is over 33 some odd years ago. He is suppose to serve his 90 days, let him do that in Switzerland (as long as the Swiss government meet the conditions set by Los Angeles County penal system). I think that would be a fair way to handle a case as old as this; therefore, justice is served for all parties.
