Why are we giving aid to the muslim countries? namely the Arabs?

When they hurt us by jacking up the oil, and are deceivingly tring to wipe us and Israel away? Have we no sense? can we demand change, and chastise our leaders ti the point where they are forced to serve the country, and not themselves. How can we be so stupid? We could have them begging and shaking in their boots to please us.
