Has anyone actually travelled with AStar Travel to Orlando. I have read ripoffreports on them and am concerned

I received a phone call from astartrips saying I had won a prize and asking for my credit card details. Which I reluctantly gave after a lot of convincing. They offer a trip to orlando at 15% cost. I looked at their website and it seemed legitimate but i have subsequently read ripoffreports on them from disgruntled customers. None of whom have actually taken the trip though. I was planning on going to Orlando anyway with a friend and this is why I think i agreed to it. They initially said i could cancel within 30 days and get my money back and then subsequently said when i asked about this that it was only tranferrable. (?). I have always wanted to go on this type of trip but due to all of these concerns I was wondering if anyone could let me know about their own experineces.
